I will be back later in the year and meanwhile there will be others carrying on the vinyl-only listening tradition. But the final one from me (for a bit) is a play-through of Coltrane’s Blue Note album Blue Train . That’s not to say we won’t dip into Crescent, My Favourite Things, A Love Supreme and so on. We will draw the line at the Ascension and Interstellar Space era. After all, we’d like people to stay. Blue Train , though, is hugely accessible and we are using the fantastic “Ultimate” version released last year.
